New Product: Temperature Control with Digital Display

Airotronics announces development of a microprocessor control that regulates temperature and includes a digital display for precise measurement.

The control is used in foodservice warming equipment to maintain constant optimum temperature for prepared foods. Hot foods, such as pizza, can be kept warm prior to sale without requiring re-warming in a pizza oven.

This new MC series product includes a solid state temperature sensor, a remote digital display, and a 10, 15, or 20 amp heater control output. The adjustable temperature range is from 100º-200ºF. As with all Airotronics products, the unit receives complete operational testing prior to shipment.
